Interruptions in the work of traffic police services are possible due to software updates on the site, Interfax reported with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The work is planned to be restored by 11 January.
“C1 specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are carrying out work on updating the application software on the website of the State Traffic Inspectorate. In this regard, interruptions in the work of some online services of the State Traffic Inspectorate are possible, ”the ministry said.
On December 18 last year, there was a failure in the information system of the State Traffic Inspectorate, due to which the Russians could not receive state services in the traffic police departments. The Ministry of Internal Affairs explained that the servers on which the information is stored were flooded with water due to a communal accident.
