After having leaked into the Reddit forums, Scott Cawthoncreator of Five Nights at Freddy’s, confirmed that a new video game called ‘Into the Pit’ will soon be arriving, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the saga.
This new game moves away from the bases of the listed deliveries to offer us a title that will move through lateral shift and setting made in pixel art. The story will focus on Oswalda boy who must rescue his father, who was kidnapped by Spring Bonnie.
If you are a fan of Five Nights at Freddy’s, you will recognize that ‘Into the Pit’ is based on the novel of the same name that was part of a collection of stories that expanded the lore of the famous video game.
As it is a game that follows a different style, there are some interesting details that ‘Into the Pit’ will offer, such as seeing Oswald’s mood during the adventure, being able to listen to your heart when it detects that danger is near. There will be moments where you must hide from Spring Bonnie, hiding in the costumes of the animatronics you find along the way.
FNights at Freddy’s has not stopped launching new installments. Just last year it was released ‘Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted 2‘, sequel to the VR experience that has received good reviews from fans. Speaking of continuations, everything seems to indicate that there will be a new film, as revealed by the protagonist of the first film, which became one of the best releases in the horror genre.
