The number of communication salons is decreasing – Vedomosti

In May this year, the number of telecommunications stores in Russia amounted to about 18,900 – about 3.5% less than a year earlier, GfK calculated. GfK understands such stores as points, the main assortment of which is contracts of operators, cell phones and other subscriber equipment. In everyday life, these are communication salons.

“Stores of operators, specialized retail chains, individual small salons are taken into account,” says Natalya Morzhova from GfK.
