Former RPA MP Artak Zakaryan wrote on his Facebook page.

“They forgot about the presence of live broadcasts at the exchange for the sale of state interests. Meanwhile, the entity called the Minister of Economy was happy to tell how the owners of the state (the people) were being cheated. It was actually recorded that a significant part of the promises made to the people were not planned in the MDP (Medium Term Expenditure Plans). Almost half of what is planned is not planned in the state budget of the given year. Almost half of the budgeted programs are not implemented, according to the “closed mode” confession. In other words, they falsify everything. they underperform the budget in terms of program, but show 98-99% performance. This means that the money was spent, but there is no description of the result, there is no result. This is a simple admission of waste of public funds.

Yesterday, another object was justified in the committee dealing with the stock market conspiracies of selling the interests of the state, as if the planes were not bought from the state budget. What difference does it make from which source you spend? It is a large public fund, money intended for a general purpose, which has been squandered to no avail. And these are still thinking about a snap election?

Another object was asking the people of Artsakh to return our money. A citizen of Artsakh is not indebted to any official and is not accountable to anyone for maintaining the dignity of the Armenian people. What Armenia gave to Artsakh as a loan for years was and remains one of the most justified expenses of independent Armenia. If we didn’t let aliens and street bums get close to the political and state administration, this grave tragedy would never have knocked on the door of the Armenian people.

Details after the change of power.”
