First of all, it should be noted that the owner of the Public Radio house is the public, the director of the radio is just the director of the radio. NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan wrote on his Facebook page, responding to Public Radio director Garegin Khumaryan.

He specifically wrote:

“It should also be noted that it was really said that we should stop, but stop being a tool, stop being a lifer. It has been said that a strong man strengthens his state, what he has, not aiming to have something that is not his, not legitimate, of course, in the far distant lands, he is very connected to him, because his ancestors lived there, it was his in the past, but in today’s reality, he has something that needs his care and attention, today and now, in fact, not in the future.

Yes, let’s get stronger, let’s stop polluting what we have, what the world knows as us, when it needs our attention, ignore it, when it needs praise, underestimate it, when it needs warmth, abandon it, when it needs our service, shun it, rob it, to be lazy when he needs the strength of our arm, to betray. Let’s love our Motherland, the Republic of Armenia, because there is a Biblical truth. “Because whoever has, to him will be taken away and added to, and whoever does not have, what he has will be taken away from him.”

Is it a game to gain time? At least the “won” history of tens of years should suggest that the Armenian “skill” to gain time does not work. Moreover, only the Armenian “shustry” authorities believed in the Armenian “shustry” to gain time, who told the people in that logic. “My dear people, bear with me, you will have to live in poverty, suffer hardships, because we are gaining time and getting stronger, we are building an army.” And in reality, they were squandering the wealth of the country, which was already in tatters.

Probably, many people would be happy if this stupor continued, but with the reluctance of a person waking up from a deep sleep, they note that no one is going to put them to sleep, feed them with indignities, feed them with historical justice, and blind them with hatred.

The director of the public radio ranks the countries of Eastern and Central Europe among the ordinary countries, and Armenia among the unusual, special ones, justifying that Armenians are threatened with genocide, a new genocide.

In the last century, dozens of countries appeared and disappeared from the map in Eastern or Central Europe, genocide, use of chemical weapons, Nazism, communism, glorious victories and humiliating defeats, ruins and massacres – tens of millions of victims.

I understand that it is difficult to be one of all, with its characteristics and differences, but one of all, responsible for oneself and, at the same time, for the course of history, one of all, happy like everyone, unhappy like everyone, special like everyone, unique like everyone, as strong as everyone else, as free as everyone else, a soldier on the battlefield like everyone else, and a director in the director’s room, a servant in the church, and a politician in the National Assembly, one of them responsible for himself, responsible for everyone. The reality is that we are one of all, with linguistic and cultural features, traditions, spiritual and material heritage, advantages and disadvantages, we are part of the whole and we complete the whole.

The state goal of not being genocided anymore, formulated by the director, cannot be the goal of the state alone, but even in order to achieve that goal, it is necessary to stop being a legitimate target, stop throwing a challenge that is not yours but someone else’s, you must stop being a slave to your own hatred, imported hatred. Yes, there are many reasons to hate, but it is impossible to be Free if you are filled with hatred, it doesn’t matter who or what, it doesn’t matter for what reason. Even in war, hatred is unnecessary. You have to live and create with your own priorities, with your own agenda, to act in the interests of your people and the state, to stop being a tool and a small coin, a blind object of bargaining.

I only feel pity for all those people who look at the Republic of Armenia as a way to completely escape from the genocide, or a way to serve the Artsakh issue, or a way to restore historical justice, this is so sad.

The Republic of Armenia should stop being a target, used as a means of selling, the people should not be blinded by hatred, we should reevaluate our dreams and goals, people in Armenia should be free and creative, caring for what they have, with the right of the owner, strong and ready at any time, without without hatred and without hesitation to defend everything we have, brotherly, side by side.

And this is our goal, our problem, not someone else’s. This is a conversation with ourselves, this is a conversation with ourselves that must be conducted without excessive emotion, with cold judgment with ourselves.
