According to the President of the Supreme Court of Mali, Dr Fatoma THERA, this is the moment for a partnership between the two judicial institutions which could soon result in a meeting of the advisers of the Court of Cassation of Burkina and the advisers of the Court Supreme of Mali. “ This is the beginning of a partnership, of a federation for the interests of our justice and our two peoples “, he said.
Dr Fatoma THERA also explained that their discussions focused mainly on the identity of vision between the two States. “ We share the same history, the same geography, and we also have common challenges. Security challenges but also challenges of fighting, as was presented this morning, against financial and economic delinquency » declared the president of the Supreme Court of Mali.
In addition, he believes that this is the time for Burkina Faso and Mali to bring together all initiatives in the interest of the two peoples who really need justice. “ They need security, and they really need their fundamental interests to be preserved », concluded the President of the Supreme Court of Mali, Dr Fatoma THERA.
