The prosecutor’s office accused the instigators of the conflict at the Tekstilshchiki metro station of hooliganism

The prosecutor’s office approved the indictment in the criminal case of hooliganism by a group of persons against three men who staged a conflict at the Tekstilshchiki metro station on October 12. This was reported in the department’s Telegram channel.

“The prosecutor’s office has approved the indictment in a criminal case against three men aged 27, 30 and 36 years old, accused under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the RF Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of persons on public transport), ”it was reported.

Let us remind you that in the metro the accused stuck to one of the passengers, for which another young man stood up. There was a verbal skirmish between the men, eyewitnesses called the police.

The prosecutor’s office reports that the defendants “communicated in a hanged tone, using obscene language, showing obvious disrespect for society.” They “alternately deliberately used violence against” the reprimanding man, “pushing and grabbing his hands, touching other passengers,” including the woman who had been molested earlier. After that, they continued to push and pull on the clothes of other passengers.

The persons involved are men born in 1985, 1991 and 1993, their names are not given. They were detained on October 16.
