The Supreme Judicial Council has nominated Anahit Tumanyan, Gayane Mazmanyan and Sergey Meghryan for the vacant post of the judge of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
“In accordance with Article 166, Part 3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143, Part 2 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, the Supreme Judicial Council has nominated Anahit Tumanyan, Gayane Mazmanyan and Sergey for the vacant position of judge of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation. Meghryan’s candidacies,” said the RA NA Speaker’s statement.
