Al Marsad Newspaper: Dr Shereen Kassam, from Plant-Based Health Professionals UK, revealed two types of meat that may increase the risk of stroke by 14%.

“The main foods that may put you at risk of stroke are processed meats and red meat,” Kassam said.

Processed meat includes products such as sausages and bacon, while red meat describes beef, lamb and camel, according to Express.
