After notification from Brussels of the proposed changes, the information will be updated
As of today, December 21, 2023, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food is publicly launching a new specialized website for The strategic plan on Agriculture and Development of Rural Areas (SPRZSR) 2023-2027. The electronic page is available at: www.sp2023.bg.
The site presents extensive information on the main document of the new Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union until 2027. It covers all the topics of direct payments and eco-schemes, investments in rural areas, market measures, viticulture and beekeeping program. The aim is to facilitate public access to comprehensive information collected in one place, as well as to increase the awareness of current and future farmers and all interested parties about assistance in the Agriculture sector.
At the moment, the interventions on the website are according to the version of the Strategic Plan approved by the Council of Ministers on December 7, 2022. It is expected to start negotiations and a discussion procedure with the EC services on the proposed changes until the final approval of the amendment, after which it will take place update.
The website is user-centric and will work across all platforms and mobile devices.
The main headings on the home page will allow easy access to the information offered, namely the essence of the Strategic Plan, with sub-headings on the interventions, objectives and news related to it.
The main menu of the site will also give direct access to the admissions under the SPPRZSR 2023-2027, which have started and ended, as well as those undergoing public discussion.
For greater awareness and publicity, a section has been set aside for European and national legislation, other strategic documents and informational materials. A direct link has been established with the System for Knowledge and Innovation in Agriculture in Bulgaria (SZISS/AKIS).
The “Monitoring and Control” section will contain information from the Monitoring Committee of the 2023-2027 SPRZSR and the ongoing Thematic Working Groups. The submenus “Performance Indicators” and “Performance Reports” will present data on the progress achieved in the implementation of the objectives set in the Plan.
