The UAE President attended the Quadrilateral Summit

Abu Dhabi | President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan attended the Quadrilateral Summit in Egypt. During the meeting in Alamein with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain and King Abdullah II of Jordan, several regional and international issues were discussed.

The four leaders discussed mutual relations and various ways to develop cooperation and joint action in the areas of economic partnership and development.

The leaders underscored the importance of Arab joint action and unity to address challenges in the region. Views were exchanged on the Palestinian issue.

The quadrilateral summit comes a month after the US-Arab summit in Saudi Arabia. All four leaders were also present at the Jeddah Summit.
