The final battles of “The Voice of Germany” once again caused nervous singing talent on Friday evening. And for a great curse excess!
There were only a few places left for the team fights. A world star guest also created awe-inspiring excitement: pop queen Rita Ora (32) was allowed to take a close look at the final battle participants. While she was giving the coaches tips, they instigated her into a real tirade of abuse.

“In Germany you can say anything on television”
She was THE surprise of the evening: When Rita Ora entered the Talents Only Room, the “The Voice” candidates were literally overwhelmed with enthusiasm.

Coach Shirin David (28) also felt honored when the pop queen arrived: “She was a fashion role model for me.” Rita is very familiar with “The Voice”: She just won the Australian version of the TV show . As a guest coach, she was allowed to sit in her own jury chair that evening.
After the two talents Tatjana (25) and Kristin (21) from “Team Toll” by Bill and Tom Kaulitz (both 34) performed the hit “Crush” by Jennifer Paige, the two coaches were visibly tense. They only had one place left for the team fights and only after a long struggle could they decide with a heavy heart: “We’ll take Tatjana with us.”

“Team Toll” was full and Bill breathed a sigh of relief: “I’m going to relax now. Maybe I’ll unzip my zips right away.” Ronan Keating (46) reacted moderately enthusiastically: “Wow. Maybe I have to go.” Rita Ora seemed to particularly like Bill’s announcement – she remarked with a grin: “I like Germany.”
Tom then opened up to her: “In Germany you can say anything on TV!”
In contrast to many English-speaking countries, swear words like “sh***” and “f***” are often not censored in this country. Ronan also confirmed this: “It’s unbelievable!”

Rita promptly tentatively tried the first swear words: “F***!”
Tom Kaulitz joined in and swore loudly, and so Rita promptly upped the ante and shouted enthusiastically into the camera: “F***!” Ronan Keating followed up with a “f***” and then sighed happily : “Germany is home.”

► Shirin chose the song “Take on me” by A-HA for Moritz (37) and Danilo (35). After the joint performance, even the otherwise strict Ronan Keating was overwhelmed: “F***, you have to take both of them with you!” Shirin thought about it for a long time, but then decided on Danilo, who can sing for her in the team fights.

► Giovanni secured two winners in the battle between Carlotta (17) and Desirey (20)! After “Firework” by Katy Perry, both talents moved on to the next round.
► Ronan also caused huge cheers. He still had enough places available in his team and after the performance of Egon (40) and Susan (39) he didn’t have to choose between them. Her performance of “Bring me to life” by Evanescence had completely blown the coach away, so he quickly decided: “Fuck it, I’ll take you both.”

► Shirin David took her last free teamfights spot with Yang Ge (34). The Chinese artist with Far Eastern influences was the juror for “Rich Girl” by Gwen Stefani feat. Eve is the most convinced.
► Three other candidates are running for Giovanni Zarrella (45). However, the three tenors Laszlo (58), Germán (38) and Val (25) only took one place after convincing against opera singer Anna (40) for “Time To Say Goodbye”.

However, Giovanni made a special promise to all the talents in this battle: “You will perform a song together in my show. I promise you that now!”
