These amounts multiply by four the funds that were allocated to the plan until now, which amounted to 2.7 million euros during this year.

After the meeting of the Xunta held today Thursday, in which authorization was given for the expense, Alfonso Rueda explained that the expectation is that the program will have 3,600 beneficiaries throughout Galicia. The president added that during 2024, some 56 million euros will be allocated to different plans for access to housing.

The Xunta, in addition to expanding the funds for the rental assistance program, has also introduced changes to expand its scope and favor different groups.
