Users of “Yandex” complain about the failure of the services, according to data from the site Downdetector.
The first reports of malfunctions began to arrive around 9:30 Moscow time. In total, more than 1,300 complaints were recorded, mainly from residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg.
About 76% of users note that they cannot access the website, 17% have problems with authorization in a number of services, including Yandex mail, Yandex.Maps, Yandex.Market, Yandex GO ” and others. Another 7% have problems with the search function in the mail.
According to the press service of the company, specialists are already working to eliminate the problems that have arisen.
On February 4, there was a failure in the work of the social network VKontakte. Then more than 74,000 user complaints were recorded, mainly problems arose with access to the social network site, application and personal profile. The failure was observed in all major cities of Russia, as well as in Belarus and Ukraine.
