The Council of State overturned the TAR’s judgment on the “Treasure of Como” affair. The judges established that Officine Immobiliari, the company that owns the area where it was found, they are entitled to a good share of its value: a quarter as owners and a quarter as discoverers. The value will have to be officially established, agreed between the parties: according to some estimates there is talk of a value of 4 million, but according to others it could be worth much more.
