‘Conference’, directed by Venkat Prabhu and co-starring Simbu and SJ Surya, was released in November last year and was a huge success. The film was a turning point for actor Simbu.
During that break, director Venkat Prabhu directed the film ‘Manmadha Leelai’ as the conference film was delayed. The film, starring Ashok Selvan, is set to release on April 1. Premji composed the music for the film.

Following this, Venkat Prabhu is directing a Telugu film next. This is Venkat Prabhu’s first live Telugu film. The film will star Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya in the lead role. Preliminary preparations for this are in full swing in Hyderabad.
Like ‘Conference’ for actor Simbu, the film directed by Venkat Prabhu is expected to be a turning point for Naga Chaitanya. The film is expected to release in Tamil as well.
