In connection with this incident, the police registered a case under four sections against 7 people including BJP Madurai Metropolitan District Vice President Kumar, District Propaganda Division Secretary Bala, Trichy’s Gopinath, Jayakrishna and Mohammad Yakub. The district court has ordered to remand all 6 people till the 26th.
In this case, 3 women executives related to this case have been arrested. Three women belonging to the BJP women’s team Saranya, Thanalakshmi and Deivayanai were arrested by the special police and produced in the court and imprisoned. It is said that the shoe thrown by Thanalakshmi hit the minister’s car. While 7 people have already been arrested, 3 more have been arrested.
