We are still in the Covid 19 crisis. Despite the availability of the vaccine, genetically modified virus variants are still challenging in many ways.

The variant that caused the third wave in the country, the Omicron virus, is currently causing a significant global outbreak. The great feature of Omicron is that it can spread the disease more than twice as fast as the Delta variant that caused the second wave.

Therefore, the number of patients reported is high. However, the Omicron virus is not as dangerous as the delta in terms of severity. Similarly, the fact that the vaccine was reaching more people reduced the scope of the third wave.

Now, a new study has been published on Omicon. The study was conducted by researchers from King’s College in the UK. The study was published in The Lancet, a leading health publication.

Although covid disease (Covid 19) is cured, we find that its side effects persist for a long time in patients. It is called Long Kovid. Many people experience problems in their daily lives due to long covid. Fatigue, shortness of breath, depression, insomnia, brain fog (loss of thinking and memory), and loss of sense of smell and taste can all be part of the Lom Kovid.

In addition, long covid can be found in some people, which can adversely affect the function of the organs.

Studies show that they help reduce the risk of ovarian cancer by reducing the risk of stroke. This is very comforting news. Because Longcovid is currently a problem that causes so many headaches.

Researchers have found that long covid is less than 20 to 50 percent less likely to be omicron. This is assessed by the situation in the UK. Researchers have compared Omicron to the Delta variant.

Longcovid was observed by 10.8 per cent of the 41,361 waves made by Delta UK, while Longcovid was detected by 4.5 per cent of the 56,003 waves in the Omikron wave.

At the same time, the total number of patients may increase as the disease progresses to more people than the Omicron Delta, and the number of Longcovid patients may increase accordingly. Researchers also say that cats need to be included in any precautionary measures against the virus.
