TNPSC Announces Group 2 Exam Results to be Released in December
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced that the results for the Group 2 examination will be released in December. The main written examination for Group 2 and Group 2A posts took place last February, with over 51 thousand candidates participating in the exam.
The exam included questions from the Compulsory Tamil Language Qualification Paper and General Knowledge sections. The delay in the release of the results was due to the time taken for the correction of the answer sheets.
The Group 2 examination aimed to fill 5,446 vacancies in various departments, including Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Registrar, Junior Employment Officer, Special Assistant in Anti-Corruption Department, and Special Branch Assistant in various divisions of the Police Department.
