He was taken to the Thessaloniki Courthouse shortly before 11 am, Mr trapper Ricta who is accused of seriously injuring the 23-year-old student at Thessaloniki.
The 25-year-old was arrested in the early hours of Saturday as an arrest warrant was pending against him from the Regular Investigation Office of Thessaloniki, for attempted murder with intent.
The trapper is expected to cross the threshold of the investigator in order to apologize.
How did the beating happen?
According to information, everything seems to have happened at 02.30 in the morning on Friday, January 26, when the 25-year-old trapper, together with another unknown person, allegedly attacked – for an unknown reason – the young man, who was with two of his friends. The 25-year-old is accused of head-butting the student in the face, while his friend kicked him in the chest, causing the victim to fall to the ground and hit his head.
The alleged perpetrators then left the scene, while the 23-year-old was taken home by his friends. In the afternoon of the following day, however, he was transported by EKAV ambulance to AHEPA and underwent surgery, as he was found to have a hematoma on his head and has been hospitalized in critical condition ever since.

The above prosecuting document concerns the case of an attack, which took place in the early hours of 26-01-2024 in the city center, against a 23-year-old citizen, who is being treated in a hospital in Thessaloniki.
The arrested person will be taken to the competent judicial authorities.
