Artist Eldar Zeynalov is a master of the brush, an architect, a member of the Association of Artists of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
As Day.Az reports with reference to AZERTAC, today three years have passed since the death of artist Eldar Zeynalov.
Eldar Zeynalov was born on June 15, 1961 in Nakhchivan. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State Art School named after Azim Azimzade, the Moscow Architectural Institute, and the International Academy of Bioenergy Technologies. Eldar Zeynalov lived in Italy for a long time, and then moved to Turkey, where he worked in recent years.
The artist’s paintings have been exhibited in New Zealand, Japan, the USA, Australia and European countries. In 2014, a successful personal exhibition was held in the exhibition hall named after Bahruz Kangerli in Nakhchivan. Eldar Zeynalov created large-scale wall paintings, monumental frescoes, and painted landscapes and portraits. Among his works one can especially highlight “Naxcivan simfoniyasi”, “Portrait of Ataturk”, “Tartini”. The artist also painted the facade of the municipality in Karacasu (Aydin province, Türkiye).
Eldar Zeynalov died on May 11, 2021 in Turkey from coronavirus infection at the age of 60.
