resounding success in participation in the 7th edition of the “On the March Against Cancer” race held this Sunday in Barcelona, sponsored by the Deichmann company and under the slogan “KMxTOTHOM” (km for everyone).
With a growth of 33% compared to the previous race, the Association Against Cancer in Barcelona has managed to raise an amount greater than €125,000 that will be used to help patients and relatives of people suffering from the disease.

Organizing races of 400 meters, 2.5km, 5km and 10km, the association hoped to reach 2,500 registrations. The final participation figure, which was close to 4,000 registered, confirms the resounding success of the solidarity initiative carried out in the Parc del Fórum in Barcelona.
“We are very proud of what we have achieved in this edition. Every year we have more people who want to join the cause, not only running or walking, but giving their support to promote cancer research to achieve our challenge: reaching 70% cancer survival in 2030. It has been very emotional and a great achievement for all of us” indicates Dr. Laureano Molins, president of the Association Against Cancer in Barcelona.
