The traditional grassroots football competition, the 31st Pelezinho Cup, had five games this Saturday (17). The round was one of classics and balanced matches. The competition is based at the Ginásio União dos Sargentos, located in the Amambai neighborhood, in Campo Grande. In total, there were 29 goals.
The Pelezinho Cup always takes place on Saturdays and the final is scheduled for December 2nd. There are 40 teams participating in four categories. This Saturday, the games were under-13, under-11 and under-9.
The first game of the day between Escolinha Bayern x Chelsea Brasil ended 2-2 in the under-13s. For the under-11s, a 2-2 draw between Pelezinho x Chelsea Brasil A. In the same category, Pelezinho C scored 7-1 against Bandeirantes.
In the under-9s, Chelsea Brasil A beat Pelezinho 3-1. To end the day in the under-11s, Chelsea Brasil B was defeated 6-3 by Escolinha Pelezinho A.
