Big budget films are suffering from not getting the right release date after the Corona epidemic. The strength film, which was recently released after a long hiatus, was also pushed back without getting a proper release date. With the announcement of the release on Pongal Day, the release was postponed as only 50% of the theaters were allowed. Then released on February 24th. Similarly, films like RRR and Radhe Siam, which were shot at great expense, have been released on different dates from the ones mentioned earlier.

The Beast movie starring Vijay will be released on April 13 after the Master movie. The next day, the Kannada film KGF2 was released as Pan India. Though a Kannada language film, KGF is expected all over India. The film, which was planned for release last year, has been postponed and is currently out. KGF2 is out in Tamil Nadu with Vijay’s Beast. Thus there are currently difficulties in getting theater for these two films.
There are currently around 1000 theaters in Tamil Nadu. In which to go multiplex theaters, there are mostly individual theaters. So, the two films are vying to capture that theater. Although Beast is getting more theaters in Tamil Nadu, there is a situation where it is not possible to release it in more theaters. The Beast movie was released a day before the KGF2 movie so there will be more theaters only on that day. Earlier, pictures of Bikil and the prisoner were released on the same day. Although at first there was more theater for the film Bigil, in the following days more theaters were put up for the prisoner film.
