His body was recovered with his face crushed beyond recognition. However, he was identified by the Indian embassy officials by the “Om” tattoo on his arm.

Vijay Kumar lived in Padampur area of ​​Kotwar in Pauri district of Uttarakhand. The tragic incident happened when he was working in a Bangalore-based company and was on a business trip to Turkey. Following this, the embassy informed that all arrangements are being made to bring his body to India.
