The general secretary of JxCat, Jordi Turullhas requested this Sunday the immediate release of those detained for threats against the Vuelta, arguing that “protesting is not a crime.” In a message on the network X, formerly Twitter, Turull criticized the “prior and preventive police actions” against acts of protest of the independence movement. “We already know what intention they have and how they normally end,” he added.
