The former president of the Spanish Football Federation (REFF) Luis Rubiales has been caught in the kiss scandal. Public prosecutor Marta Durantes has accused Rubiales, 46, of sexual assault and coercion, according to a Reuters report based on court documents. He asked for a sentence of two years or more for a total of two crimes.
