Danny Avdia continued his slowing trend, when this morning (Wednesday) he participated in only 18 minutes and scored only two points in Washington’s 101:126 victory over Portland in the NBA. The Israeli added three rebounds and three assists in his time on the floor and the Wizards went up 30:27 and recovered from the loss to Golden State.
The guest led by four points at the end of the first quarter (27:31), and at the break the advantage increased to seven points. In the third quarter, Washington ran away completely and advanced to the last quarter with a promising margin of 23 points. The Trail Blazers initially managed to shrink in the last 12 minutes, but finally fell asleep and the visitor increased the deficit even more
Kyle Kuzma stood out for the Wizards with 33 points and nine rebounds, while Kristaps Porzingis also finished a good game with a double-double of 28 points and 12 rebounds. Damian Lillard’s 39 points and 10 rebounds were not enough for Portland, who dropped to a 30:28 balance.
