However, Adeyemo also drew attention to a pressing concern: the inadequacy of current facilities and clinical tools available for training.
“The lack of adequate resources has unluckily contributed to a concerning exodus of dental professionals seeking opportunities abroad,” Adeyemo stated. This brain drain poses a significant challenge to Nigeria’s healthcare system and underscores the urgency of investment in dental education.

“Education is the most valuable asset in any given society, and therefore, alumni are the product of educational institutions,” the alumnus explained. “We have converged from different parts of the world because this is our root, and we are here to support the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Ibadan endowment fund.”
