The Kharkiv train attack was part of a broader wave of Russian strikes across Ukraine on Tuesday. Officials reported that over 50 Russian drones targeted the Black Sea port city of Odesa, resulting in the deaths of three people and injuries to more then 30 others, including two children.The drones specifically targeted the city’s power grid, a frequent target of Russian attacks aimed at disrupting power and heating during the winter months, as well as five apartment buildings.
