Kiev, Ukraine – On the one year anniversary of the start of the war between Russia and Ukraine, US President Joe Biden has promised to increase the supply of arms to the country.

Russia has been attacking Ukraine, an Eastern European country, since February 24 last year, protesting against joining the organization of European and North American countries known as ‘NATO’.

To this, Ukrainian soldiers are also retaliating. In the war between the two countries, the cities of Kiev, Garkin, Kherson and Mariupol in Ukraine came under heavy attack.

Russian airstrikes set fire to key buildings in Ukraine. Thousands of people, including children, were killed in the war.

However, Russia, which has not stopped fighting, has launched a series of missile attacks on Ukraine since October last year.

Despite thousands of casualties on their side, Russian forces continue to try to capture key Ukrainian cities.

Meanwhile, the United States, which blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for the brutality of the people of Ukraine, recently announced that it welcomes India’s efforts to stop the war between the two countries.

In this case, US President Joe Biden went to Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, on a surprise visit yesterday.

Here, Joe Biden, who participated in a program to pay tribute to the war dead, met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

During this meeting, Joe Biden said that he will soon announce the supply of key weapons to Ukraine, including equipment to protect against aerial bombardments, munitions for war, and air surveillance radars, according to the US White House.

Joe Biden’s visit to Ukraine has increased excitement in the world political arena, with China condemning the US for saying that ‘China is considering sending weapons to Russia to help in this war’.
