Valentino Rossi continues his adventure in cars, and he does so by climbing steps little by little. As he started doing on motorcycles, he has been moving up from category to category. The one from Tavullia will continue with the BMW M Team WRT team, but will take a step up in level, since it will compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
His team has presented and confirmed cars and drivers for the next season of the FIA World Endurance Championship. On the one hand there will be Dries Vanthoor and Sheldon van der Linde, who will compete with a BMW M Hybrid 8. On the other, Valentino Rossi and his already faithful companion, Augusto Farfus, who will be behind the wheel of a BMW M4 GT3.
With it and Led by Rossi, BMW M Motorsport debuts in the FIA World Endurance Championship in the Hypercar and LMGT3 classes, the latter in which the Italian will be. Let us remember that in 2023 Rossi debuted with the BMW M4 GT3 and its printed 46 match on the legendary Sarthe circuit in the ‘Road to Le Mans’ double race. There the motorcycle champion was crowned with a victory for the WRT team.
Besides, Farfus and Rossi will have an extra guest whose name is not yet known. By regulation, in the LMGT3 category the inclusion of a driver from the Bronze, Silver and Gold or Platinum categories per lineup is dictated.

At the beginning of November, Rossi got into an LMP2 for the first time, the BMW Hypercar of the future. The nine-time motorcycle world champion debuted behind the wheel of the prototype that the day before was champion of his category.
