The three of them made a global breakthrough with a special remix single entitled Run Back to You.
The Run Back to You remix collaboration with VIDI will be released on various music platforms starting March 15, 2024.
Run Back to You presents a charming mix of contemporary pop melodies and nostalgic retro nuances.
Playing a romantic theme, including relationship complications, VIDI opens the remix of the song in Indonesian, joined by Lay’s melodious voice, as well as Lauv’s sweet and heartfelt harmonies.
“Run Back To You is a new song I made with my friend, Lauv. It’s about learning from your past and growing from everything. We had fun making this together, hoping everyone can dance along,” said Lay Zhang.
“I met Lay on my first trip to Mainland China. He is a good person and we made a song together. I can’t believe this work is finally out, I hope the world is ready for us,” explained Lauv.
With the release of this remix, VIDI admits that he is very happy to be part of this neat collaboration.
