Political Fraternity: Burundi and Cuba Strengthen Their Ties
Havana (Cuba), September 4, 2023 – In accordance with the internal policy of Burundi and that of the political parties, Honorable Ndikuriyo Réverien, the very popular Secretary General of the CNDD-FDDwas warmly welcomed in the country of Fidel Castro. He was invited by the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC)currently led by Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, First Secretary of the CPC Central Committee and President of Cuba. The objective of this visit is to strengthen the existing fraternal ties between the two political formations, in this happy period which marks the first years of the BRICS multipolar era. This era puts an end to the dark years that the GUAN [1] imposed on the world from 1989 (end of the USSR) to 2022 (War in Ukraine).
