Vogue Williams’ Sister: All About Amber Wilson

Vogue Williams’ sister, Amber Wilson, is trading family gatherings for foxtrots, joining the cast of Dancing with the Stars 2026. But before she hits the ballroom, let’s unpack who this multi-talented woman is—and why you might recognize the name.

Humor clearly runs in the family; Wilson previously had fans in stitches recounting a hilarious mix-up involving, of all things, the wrong wake. The Howth native’s quick wit and relatable stories have already made her a fan favorite, even before stepping onto the dance floor.

As she prepares to potentially take RTÉ viewers by storm and make history with her pairing, here’s a closer look at Amber Wilson.

Amber is the eldest daughter and middle child of Sandra and the late Freddie Wilson, who passed away in 2010. She’s one of three siblings in the Wilson clan.

She likely followed in her younger sister Vogue’s footsteps, attending Santa Sabina Dominican College in Sutton, Co Dublin, though this hasn’t been officially confirmed.

Wilson’s academic background is impressive. According to LinkedIn, she holds a BA in the History of Art and a BA in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.

In January 2025, Spencer Matthews announced he was stepping back from co-hosting the “Spencer and Vogue” podcast to pursue other projects and world record attempts. Amber seamlessly stepped in to fill his shoes, keeping the podcast firmly within the family.

As Spencer explained on the podcast, “Spencer and Vogue will continue, and we will keep it in the family…She’s an absolutely epic member of our family and she’s going to do an incredible job replacing me, arguably a much better job. And with that in mind, we will now introduce your sister Amber Wilson.”

Amber quickly won over podcast listeners, even giving Vogue a run for her money in the humor department. She shared a particularly memorable story about accidentally attending the wrong wake, a tale that left audiences amused and cemented her status as a natural storyteller.

In a groundbreaking moment for the show, Wilson is part of the first all-female pairing on “Dancing With The Stars,” partnered with former finalist Alex Vladimirov.

“Being part of the first female DWTS partnership on Irish television is something I’m deeply proud of,” Wilson stated, “and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to stand on that stage and represent my community.”

Wilson and Vladimirov performed a Cha-Cha to Katy Perry’s “Woman’s World” and received enthusiastic praise from viewers. Social media lit up with messages of support, including comments like “gwaaaan ladies” and “Amazing. So proud.”
