Washington: “We are against war. Those who see human rights as basic rights,” said Iran’s Foreign Minister Amiratullahian.

In an interview with Iranian Foreign Minister Amirabtullahian, he was asked about the human rights violations against women in Iran following the death of Masha Amini, and the use of drones in the war in Ukraine. Amirabtullahian said: “Iran sees human rights as a fundamental right. Women in Iran have all the necessary freedoms within the framework of the law. Teenage girl Masha Amini was attacked and killed by vigilantes. They wanted to use this death to change the law of the Iranian government. Why the nations of the world who raised their voice for Masha Amini, did not raise their voice for Sherin Abu Akle who was killed by Israeli forces.. this is a mystery to me.

Drone Controversy: We contacted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine a few months ago and questioned the basis on which they attributed the drones to Iran. In this regard, we also arranged a meeting in which Iran-Ukraine military officers participated. They then showed the tainted photos and said that these were drones from Iran. Our experts examined it and found that it had nothing to do with Iran. Following this, we waited for the second round of talks with Ukraine. We were waiting for the Ukrainian military to submit a clear document on this. But nothing happened after that.

Let us make one thing clear. Iran has always been against war. We oppose the war on Ukraine. We oppose the war on Afghanistan. We oppose the war on Yemen and Palestine,” he said.
