We have cooperated for centuries and had brotherly relations, we signed a declaration of cooperation to raise our relations to an even higher level, the newly elected Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze announced in Armenia.
He noted that he expressed his satisfaction to Nikol Pashinyan, who supports Georgia’s territorial integrity, as well as its sovereignty. We also talked about cooperation in various fields.
I emphasized the importance of our joint efforts to be able to fight the challenges in the region. Georgia supports the efforts of stability, peace and coexistence in the South Caucasus. We hope that the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be signed. Georgia is ready to positively support that process.
