Safiq Rahman, chairman of Anarya Prakashani, the publisher of the two books, Sumon Shams, president of the river safety organization Nogger, former vice-president of the Chhatra League HM Mehedi Hasan and other guests were present at the unveiling stage.

The foreign minister said, ‘We hope that the BNP will remain within the leaflet distribution and systematic program to overcome the frustration, not jump on people with petrol bombs.’

Earlier, during the unveiling of the book. Hasan said that the book fair of Ekush has become the fair of life, the meeting place of Bengalis. Young and old, children and teenagers, youth, adults, old people all come to the fair to take a breather, flip the pages of books, buy books.

He said, our aim is to build a humanitarian social welfare state. We have to work together towards that goal.
