How do you recognize winter? To the larch forests whitened by powder snow and to the fire that crackles in the fireplace when the frost, outside, whitens the countryside. Yes, but that was before. Before the episodes of “exceptional sweetness” follow one another and transform the twelfth month of the year into a kind of spring autumn. 2022 will be no exception to the rule. Enough to get us out in even greater numbers to celebrate 2023 and allow us to enjoy the baths on January 1 without (too much) shivering, but also alarm us about global warming.
