Volgograd Region: Compensation for gasification of the house will increase

In the Volgograd region, compensation for gasification of a house will almost triple, to 50 thousand rubles. The decision was made by the governor of the region Andrei Bocharov.

“We are making a decision to triple, from 17.7 to 50 thousand rubles, to increase the amount in order to help people purchase equipment and gasify their homes,” Bocharov said at a meeting with residents of the Novonikolaevsky district.

Compensation is intended primarily for villagers, as well as low-income families and large families.

Inspection of cars will rise in price

From January 1, in the Volgograd region, the marginal payment for technical inspection of vehicles will increase by 3.2 – 3.4 percent. In particular, technical inspection of passenger minibuses will cost 515 instead of the previous 499 rubles next year. The cost of a tow truck service will rise to 583 rubles (it was 565 rubles). Inspection of tanks for transportation and refueling of petroleum products will cost 1,339 rubles (it was 1,296 rubles). Inspection of vehicles of class 3, intended for the transport of dangerous goods, will now cost 1,510 rubles (was 1,462).

Rostov Region: Pensioners will receive a discount when visiting museums

In the Rostov region, the list of preferential categories for visiting the Don museums is expanding. There are 44 of them in the region, according to the regional ministry of culture.

Currently, preschool children, schoolchildren, conscripts, military veterans and disabled people of all categories have privileges when visiting cultural institutions. Now pensioners will also receive discounts on tickets or the right to free admission.

In Rostov-on-Don, schoolchildren will receive money for food

From January 10, 2022, amendments to the decree of the Rostov administration, which determine the price of free meals in public schools, come into effect. Free hot breakfast or lunch, which is provided to all primary school students, will now be calculated based on the cost of 76 rubles 45 kopecks and 107 rubles 3 kopecks, respectively. This is about 20 – 27 rubles more than before. Moreover, schoolchildren with disabilities will have the same menu, for whom there was a separate calculation earlier.

Children of middle and senior grades also receive daily hot meals if families are officially recognized as low-income. The cost of food for them was raised from 76 rubles 47 kopecks to 90 rubles 13 kopecks. And for children with disabilities – up to 216 rubles 31 kopecks.

In addition, in the new year in the Rostov region, pupils of private schools will also be fed free of charge at the expense of the regional budget.

The “Swallows” route to Anapa will be extended to Taganrog

From January 1, the route of train N 839/840 will change with the route Rostov-Glavny – Anapa. Its terminal station will be Taganrog-2. And if earlier the train went through the Timashevskaya and Protoka stations of the Krasnodar Territory, now it will stop in Krasnodar as well.

From Taganrog “Swallow” will depart at 05.33. At the Krymskaya station, the train will be divided into two trains. One will arrive in Novorossiysk at 12.45, the other in Anapa at 13.45. On the way back “Swallows” will leave from Anapa at 15.42, from Novorossiysk – at 15.55.

The trains will be united at the Razezd 9th km station, and the double train will arrive in Taganrog at 23.28.

Kalmykia: Target places will appear at the Medical University of Elista

The head of the republic, Batu Khasikov, together with the regional health minister Yuri Kikenov, decided to create targeted places at the new medical faculty at the B. B. Gorodovikov Kalmyk State University.

Applicants from all districts of Kalmykia will be able to enter the university in the faculties of “Pediatrics” and “General Medicine” on a budgetary basis or on a quota. After receiving the diploma, the target students must work in the medical organizations of the region: Kalm State University has already concluded an agreement with them on the passage of practice.

“We are interested in reducing the shortage of workers, and our common task is to attract more specialists to medical institutions of the republic,” noted Batu Khasikov.

Astrakhan Region: Orphans will be able to get free education

In the Astrakhan region, on January 1, 2022, amendments to article 16 of the regional law “On measures of social support and social assistance to certain categories of citizens” concerning the education of children left without parents come into force.

According to these amendments, orphans will not have to pay for preparatory courses for state universities in the region, or they will be able to receive monetary compensation for the costs of such courses in other licensed Russian universities.

In addition, in accordance with the amendments, orphans will be able to use the right to get free education of a worker or employee in a vocational school, but only once. They were also given the opportunity to get a second vocational education under the training programs for workers and employees in a secondary school. If the institution is located in another city, then, according to the law, training costs are compensated from the Astrakhan regional budget.
