Is the bullet that hit a hospital in the Gaza Strip a misguided Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket? That’s what the Israelis say. It wouldn’t be the first such case.
It would not be the first Palestinian rocket to veer off course and crash in Gaza. The investigation into the explosion on the grounds of the Ahli Hospital, which left hundreds dead, is still ongoing. According to Israel’s assessment, it was caused by a projectile that the terrorist group “Palestinian Islamic Jihad” (PIJ) fired towards Israel, but which crashed in Gaza shortly after takeoff.
