On the other hand, Nipun failed to approach Anant Jalil in search of the president. Several people including the present Chief Election Commissioner of Film Artists Association Khorshed Alam Khosru and Chairman of Appeal Board Shamsul Alam worked skillfully to convince Anant for the post of president. They sat in a meeting with Anant Jalil at Westin Hotel in the capital. Anant Jalil himself admitted these things in a press conference on Monday (March 4).
Anant Jalil said, “I sat in Hotel Westin along with Chief Election Commissioner Khosru and Appeal Board Chairman Shamsul Alam, Producer Iqbal, Mohammad Hossain, Nipun.”
Before that, everyone talked to Anant on the mobile phone for the election of the president. They want to go to Anant’s house because they have an urgent matter. But because of Anant’s work, he asked them to stay at the Westin Hotel. Nipun, Khasru, Shamchul Alam were present there. Anant was invited to participate in the election as the president of the general secretary candidate Nipun’s panel in the upcoming elections. But the hero of the movie ‘Khonj The Search’ said ‘no’ to Nipun.
Explaining the reason for not participating in the election from Nipun’s panel, Anant Jalil said, ‘It would have been better even if it had been elected. But my problem is time. I love movies, I have good relationship with everyone, I will stand by everyone’s danger. But I don’t have time to choose.’
