Chennai: The verdict in the case filed by coordinator OPS and co-coordinator Edappadi Palanichamy against Sasikala’s claim as AIADMK general secretary is being released today. It is said that there is a possibility of many twists and turns in the AIADMK whoever comes out in favor of this verdict.

The resolution to elect Sasikala as AIADMK general secretary after Jayalalithaa’s demise was passed and the files were handed over to Sasikala by Edappadi Palanichamy and others.

Subsequently, Sasikala became the General Secretary of the AIADMK. Sasikala went to jail in a property accumulation case while waiting to take over as chief minister. He then appointed Dinakaran as the Deputy General Secretary.
