The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, announced today, Thursday, the killing and wounding of 20 Zionist soldiers in an elaborate ambush in southern Gaza.
The Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement, “Our fighters were able to kill and wound 20 Zionist soldiers in a precise ambush in the southern Gaza Strip, and a number of anti-personnel explosive devices were detonated in the residential city of Hamad in Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.”
She added, “Our fighters carried out a number of missions in the clash areas in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, the largest neighborhood in Gaza City,” noting, “A gathering of Zionist occupation soldiers was bombed on Street 10, south of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, with mortar shells.”
It also revealed that “its fighters carried out an ambush carried out by invading Zionist military vehicles, southeast of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood inside the Gaza Strip.”
