With a new half owner, “Oasis” will operate from the coming months, as the board of directors of DIANETAI approved the subleasing of part of the building, while at the same time it was decided to extend the contract for six years and settle the debts.
At the meeting of the Board of Directors it was initially decided to amend the lessee’s debt recognition agreement towards the partial payment of installments. The agreement for the recognition and settlement of a debt of approximately 90,000 thousand was approved by the previous administration of DIANETAI and the amendment was made, due to the time that passed since the new administration assumed its duties.
The second decision concerns the extension of the lease for six years and the third the sublease of the main space of the building, with the current lessee company maintaining the use of the underground space of 168 square meters. Finally, the proposed technical works were approved.
