For its part, the Prefectural Association of Persons with Disabilities of Ioannina, on the occasion of the completion of four years since the examination of the Greek state by the competent United Nations Committee on the rights of the disabled and shortly before the completion of the implementation period of the 1st National Action Plan for the rights of the disabled, emphasizes the need for local government to participate in issues related to the protection and promotion of the rights of the disabled.
With his announcement, he invites the Region and Municipalities to present their planning regarding the actions they intend to implement during 2024.
