Also, parties including AIADMK, Congress and BMC expressed their support for the resolution brought to implement the Setu Samudra project.

Prime Minister Stalin said, “If the Sethu Samudra Project is implemented, the travel time of ships will be greatly reduced. The cargo handling capacity of the ports of Tamil Nadu and neighboring states will increase. Small and micro ports can be created.
