TT: Are there signs that the man was subjected to violence?
– I can’t go into details, but if there is no reason to suspect crime, we assume that. If, on the other hand, there are circumstances that indicate the opposite, we have an obligation to investigate it, but there are very low requirements in terms of the level of suspicion, says Rickard Lundqvist.
