This is illustrated by the increase in smartphone shipment data in the first quarter of 2024, an increase compared to the same period last year.
In Q1 2024, smartphone shipments increased by 7.8 percent from the previous year, namely 289.4 million units.
Samsung smartphones are still the most shipped brand, namely 60.1 million units.
This number holds a world smartphone market share of 20.8 percent.
However, this number is still lower than the same period the previous year.
Under Samsung, Apple is still occupied with 50.1 million units shipped.
This figure makes Apple control a market share of 17.3 percent.
