Carlos Nassar won the hearts of millions of Bulgarians, becoming world and European champion. It seems that now the young hope of the bars is about to make another achievement – to help more Bulgarians lead a healthy and active life.
Pulse continues its initiative to combat immobility in Bulgaria and together with Nassar they are giving away as many as 300 one-month cards giving access to all the services of the lifestyle clubs – fitness, group activities and spa. The ambition of the project is to transform the way we move and live.
Why is this important? Inactivity is at the root of many health problems, from obesity to stress. In Bulgaria, only 27% of the adult population regularly exercises some form of physical activity, compared to the European average of 40%. This ranks it among the countries with the lowest percentage.
Beginners joining the project can choose from a wide variety of group activities. Advanced players can take advantage of the Pulse facilities’ spacious strength and cardio areas. Of course, spa relaxation is also possible for everyone – a mandatory element of recovery and relaxation.
The campaign takes place in all cities where there is a club from the Pulse chain – Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Burgas. Anyone aged 18 or over who is not currently a club member of the chain is welcome to join.
